Terms of Service
Last updated: PLACEHOLDER — set on launch
1. Agreement
By placing an order on GameBoost, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
GameBoost provides paid rank-progression services for online competitive games on a per-order basis. We connect you with contracted boosters who play your account toward a target rank you specify at order time.
3. Account sharing and game-publisher terms
Boosting requires you to share your game account credentials with us. Account sharing violates the Terms of Service of most game publishers, including Riot Games. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- · You are knowingly violating the game publisher's terms on your account.
- · The game publisher may suspend, restrict, or permanently ban your account at its discretion, with or without warning, with no recourse to GameBoost.
- · You assume full responsibility for that risk and waive any claim against GameBoost arising out of publisher action against your account.
We mitigate the risk through careful booster selection, regional IP matching, and conservative play patterns, but we cannot eliminate it.
4. Use of your credentials
We will use your credentials only to deliver the boost you ordered. We will not change your password, sell or transfer your account, purchase items, or interact with other players outside the ranked queue. Credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest and decrypted only by authorized admins for the duration required to perform the boost.
5. Pricing and taxes
Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your billing address using Stripe Tax. Payments are processed by Stripe.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the order's progress at the time of your request. The full schedule is in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use GameBoost to launder funds, evade competitive integrity actions on accounts you do not own, harass other users or boosters, or attempt to disrupt our infrastructure (rate abuse, scripted scraping, intrusion). We may refuse or terminate service at our discretion for violation of this section.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameBoost's total aggregate liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. GameBoost is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of in-game items, virtual currency, rank, account access, or playtime.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to active customers at least 14 days before taking effect.
