Refund Policy

Summary

1. Before the boost starts

You may cancel for a full refund any time before a booster has logged in. The refund is issued to your original payment method and typically appears within 5–10 business days.

2. While the boost is in progress

Once a booster has started playing your account, refunds are pro-rated based on the divisions already completed. For example, if you ordered Bronze IV → Gold IV (eight divisions) and we have completed three, your refund is for five divisions of work, calculated at our standard step pricing.

3. After the boost completes

Completed boosts are not refundable. If you believe the target rank was not actually achieved, contact us within 7 days with screenshots from the game client and we will investigate.

4. Game-publisher action on your account

Account suspensions, restrictions, or bans imposed by the game publisher are not refundable. Boosting violates the game publisher's Terms of Service, and you accept that risk explicitly when ordering (see our Terms of Service §3).

5. Service failure on our end

If we are unable to assign a booster within 14 days, or if a booster repeatedly fails to make progress over a 14-day window, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of whether work has started.

6. How to request a refund

Open a support ticket from your dashboard, or email us at the address on the contact page, including your order ID and the reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval.

7. British Columbia consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the British Columbia Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act. If those rights are more favorable than this policy, those rights apply.
