- Do you play on my account or carry me?
- Most Division 2 services (Prototype gear, leveling, farming) are account-share — an agent signs in and completes the work. Build assembly and some PvE content can be done as a recovery or piloted session. We confirm the method for your specific order before payment.
- How is the final price calculated?
- The catalog shows the starting price for the smallest configuration. Final cost scales with quantity (e.g. number of cores or components), target SHD/expertise level, and the exact stats you request. You get an exact total before any charge.
- How long does an order take?
- Small currency and component orders often complete same-day. Full Prototype gear sets, high SHD watch levels and Global Event star farms run 1–7 days depending on scope and your account's current progress.
- Is there risk to my account?
- Ubisoft's terms restrict account sharing, so there is inherent risk. We mitigate it with conservative play, IP matching and manual completion only. Our refund policy covers orders not yet started; see Terms of Service for full disclosure.
