Apex boosting FAQ
- Will I get banned for using a boosting service?
- EA's Terms of Service prohibit account sharing, so there is risk. We mitigate it with IP-region matching, conservative play, and avoiding flagged behavior — but you accept the risk by ordering. Refunds cover service not yet started; bans during/after service are not refundable. Full disclosure in our Terms of Service.
- Can I duo-queue with the booster instead of sharing my account?
- Duo with a booster is selectable on the configurator. Account-share is faster and cheaper but requires handing over credentials; duo lets you keep playing.
- How long does a typical boost take?
- Mid-ladder boosts (Silver → Platinum range) usually finish in 1–3 days per division. Master and Apex Predator climbs take longer depending on starting RP and ladder cutoffs.
- What if the Predator cutoff moves before the boost finishes?
- Apex Predator is a live top-750 cutoff. If it shifts mid-boost we keep playing to re-secure it at no extra charge for the agreed window; persistent cutoff spikes are handled case-by-case via support.
